Region Värmland is looking for a Senior/Lead .NET Developer who wants to take a central role in further developing our in-house systems and strengthening our long-term delivery capacity within the IT Development unit.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior/Lead .NET Developer, you will be part of an agile team responsible for the maintenance and further development of several in-house applications in a Microsoft-based environment.

You are responsible for ensuring stable operations, good code quality, and long-term sustainable technical development.

The work involves:

• Driving development forward and contributing to technical decision-making.
• Ensuring structure and quality in maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Working closely with the business to translate needs into solutions.
• Taking natural technical leadership and sharing your knowledge.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic education in IT, or equivalent work experience considered comparable. We place great emphasis on relevant professional experience.
• Has several years of experience as a .NET developer and is confident working in a Microsoft-based environment.
• Has very good knowledge of .NET (C#).
• Has good knowledge of SQL Server.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and PowerShell is considered a merit.
