We are currently looking for a Helpdesk / Support Technician for our First Line Support team, where you will become a key member and the first point of contact for our customers.

About the role

As a support technician, you will assist customers via phone and email with various IT-related questions and issues. You will troubleshoot, guide users, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

Therefore, you must be social, communicative, and thrive in roles with frequent human interaction.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is passionate about service and customer contact
  • Is solution-oriented and enjoys helping others
  • Is social and communicative
  • Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Has a strong technical interest
  • Has basic technical understanding and good computer skills
  • Wants to develop and start a career in IT
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in service or customer support
  • Previous work experience in helpdesk or service desk roles
  • Education in IT, networking, computers, or server environments
