We are a leading player in the Nordics within the FMCG (non-food) segment for specialty retail and grocery trade. IT Support Technician / Helpdesk

Do you want to help develop our IT support? We are looking for an engaged and self-reliant IT Support Technician who will play a central role in our internal IT helpdesk. You will work closely with the business operations and contribute to creating an efficient, user-friendly, and well-functioning IT environment.

This is a role where you will have the opportunity to influence how our IT support works and help develop routines, processes, and ways of working.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will serve your colleagues at the headquarters in Karlstad, as well as colleagues throughout Sweden. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Providing support to company users via our IT helpdesk.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and printers.
• Administration and troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory.
• Supporting our sales force who use Android-based tablets in their daily work.
• Documenting solutions and contributing to improving our support processes.
• Participating in the development and efficiency improvement of the company's IT support.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you need to be unpretentious and have good collaboration skills. You are someone who enjoys helping and assisting your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in IT support or helpdesk.
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft client and server environments.
• Has experience with Active Directory and user administration.
• Has experience installing and troubleshooting computers, laptops, and printers.
• Has a self-reliant and structured work approach with strong personal drive.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.

Merits include:

• Experience with Zendesk or other case management systems.
• Knowledge of the business system Jeeves.
• Experience supporting Android devices and mobile work tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, or Entra ID.
