We are looking for an engaged and driven Cyber Security Manager who wants to take a central role in our cybersecurity work within both IT and OT. The role combines strategic security work with operational implementation and is a key function to ensure a secure, robust, and future-proofed business.

About the role

As Cyber Security Manager, you are responsible for protecting the organization's information, systems, networks, and industrial facilities from internal and external threats. You work with both information security and OT security to ensure that the business can prevent, detect, and handle cyber-related risks and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Implement and further develop the company's strategy for information and cybersecurity.
• Translate group security requirements into local processes, guidelines, and controls.
• Conduct and coordinate risk analyses within IT and OT environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities, security gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and action plans for risk-reducing measures.
• Coordinate security work for industrial control systems and OT environments.
• Support the business during security incidents and investigations.
• Initiate and follow up on internal and external audits.
• Lead training, workshops, and information campaigns.
• Produce reports, analyses, and decision support materials for management and operations.

Qualifications

• University education in IT, information security, cybersecurity, automation, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in information security, OT security, or cybersecurity.
• Good knowledge of risk management, incident management, and security governance.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, or equivalent is advantageous.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English.
