We are currently seeking dedicated casual staff for our unit Vinkelgatan in Tranås at Ekotopia Vård AB.

Do you want to make a real difference in people's lives? Ekotopia Vård AB currently operates three businesses with different target groups and is now looking for people who want to be part of our team.

What is Vinkelgatan?

Vinkelgatan is a housing facility with support services for women between the ages of 21 and 65 with varying issues such as addiction and substance abuse, mental health issues, and experience of violence. The facility consists of seven places, where clients live in their own apartments with access to common areas.

We work based on a structured treatment concept grounded in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with the goal of helping our clients create a functional daily life, strengthen their mental health, and live a life free from addiction.

At our facility, all people are met with warmth, respect, and clarity. We are a politically and religiously independent operation where everyone has the same opportunities, rights, and responsibilities regardless of gender or gender identity.

About the job

As a casual staff member, you will become an important part of the clients' daily lives. The tasks include, among other things:

• Providing individual support and motivating clients in their development.
• Creating structure and security in daily life.
• Participating in activities and practical chores.
• Documentation and collaboration with other staff.
• Being a professional support in both good and bad times.

The work is varied and requires both independence and good teamwork skills.

We are looking for you who

Have relevant post-secondary education, for example within:

• Treatment Pedagogy / Social Pedagogy
• Behavioral Science
• Pedagogy
• Psychiatry
• Nursing / Care

or other education that the employer considers equivalent.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge or education in:

• CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
• MI (Motivational Interviewing)
• Domestic Violence

Qualifications

• A B-class driver's license is required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

• Working hours: Rolling schedule with day shifts and overnight on-call duties
• Start date: According to agreement
