We are growing in line with the municipality's development, with more residents, more housing, and a wider range of services. We are always looking for new skills – employees with different backgrounds and experiences, united by the common drive to create a better municipality to visit, live, work, and reside in.

Your new job
Being a social secretary who conducts investigations and follows up on interventions means creating conditions for change with a focus on children's needs and their right to secure upbringing conditions.
In this role, you will work with children and young people aged 0–20 and their families at one of our six investigation units. You will work with investigations, follow-ups, and decisions on interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), supported by senior social secretaries, unit managers, method supporters, and administrators. In your cases, you are the main handler, and in others, you are a co-handler. You participate in joint case reviews, supervision, and both receive and provide collegial support.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who have a degree in social work. The duties require you to have a category B driver's license. We would appreciate it if you have experience in qualified investigative work and authority exercise within the field of children and young people. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of and previous experience with Signs of Safety, BBiC, and MI (Motivational Interviewing).
