About the Assignment

CareOn is now seeking an experienced social worker for an assignment within domestic violence at the economic section in Värnamo Municipality. The assignment involves providing counseling and investigating the need for help and support for adults exposed to violence. The assignment also includes certain practical interventions.

Collaboration with children and young people is part of the work based on the new law on children in protected housing. The assignment includes travel for placement and follow-up, which may involve working outside of regular working hours. It also includes day care activities and assisting in compiling older investigations.

The assignment is full-time with a start as soon as possible until 2026-09-30. The assignment is to be carried out 100% on-site in Värnamo.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:

• A social work degree that can be verified with a diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience working with domestic violence.
• Mastery of current legislation.
• Knowledge of the business system Combine is meritorious.
• Good computer skills and documentation ability.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
