Ebba HVB is a treatment home for women located 40 km north of Jönköping. Women with substance abuse/addiction issues, mental health challenges, and in most cases, a history of violence and/or abuse, come to us. At Ebba HVB, we provide treatment for addiction and trauma.

Due to the various tasks involved, which include drug testing and urine samples, as well as the fact that the women have experienced violence from men and may struggle to interact with men in various situations, we are only seeking female applicants for this position. The role involves working alone at night.

To work with us, you must have a relevant education, such as a degree in treatment pedagogy, social pedagogy, social work, or nursing with a focus on psychiatry, or similar. You need experience in similar work, as this role requires knowledge, experience, and personal suitability.

Your duties include working awake nights between 22:00 and 08:00. In addition to being present for our clients, which is always prioritized if they are unwell or awake for other reasons, there are other tasks such as administrative work, cleaning, and preparing breakfast, among others.

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment and interest in working with this target group. You must be female, as several of the women, due to their past experiences, find it difficult to be alone with a man. You should have great patience, but also be able to set boundaries, be fearless, and confident.

We are currently looking for a summer substitute for 4 weeks, Week 29–32.

This substitute position may potentially become longer.
