Södertälje Friskola is an independent school located in central Södertälje with approximately 480 students. The school is situated about a 5-minute walk from the bus and train stations. We place great emphasis on students' linguistic development and actively work with collegial learning to continuously develop our pedagogy.
We value certified teachers with high competence and strong commitment. At our school, every student is seen and acknowledged based on their individual prerequisites. The staff is divided into four work teams covering preschool class, grades F-3, grades 4-6, and grades 7-9.
You should be confident and clear in your leadership, have a student perspective that aligns with the school's values, and possess good knowledge of the school's governing documents. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are positive, clear, respectful, goal-oriented, solution-focused, and take personal responsibility.
We are looking for someone interested in working with children and young people. You will primarily work with grades 7-9, both as a resource during lessons and during break activities, all to create a pleasant and calm school environment.
The position is 75–100% and starts on August 10th.
