TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across nine municipalities.

We are a private company that runs developmental preschool activities, encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5, staffed by well-educated and socially competent educators.

We are now looking for an experienced and qualified childcare worker (barnskötare) for Sjökadetten Preschool, located in a quiet villa area in Näsbypark.

We are looking for someone who works with joy in work, close collaboration, and flexibility. You preferably have long experience and are confident in your professional role. You must be able to work with both heart and have "street smarts" when meeting the challenges of everyday life.

Since language, reading, and documentation are an important part of our mission in the preschool, we require that you have very good Swedish skills in speaking, reading, and writing.

The position is 35-40 hours per week.

• Childcare worker education
• A clear focus on the child
• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning
• A clear understanding of our mission (good knowledge of the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool, Lpfö 18)
• Ability to translate theory into practice
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to use digital tools in daily work
