We are a small, family-oriented preschool in Hässelby with an international profile, focusing on language development and giving children the opportunity to grow as global citizens. Our preschool is bilingual, with Swedish and English as the working languages. We are now looking for an experienced childcare worker who wants to be part of our future development.

About the role:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop alongside the children, colleagues, and the organization. You will participate in pedagogical planning and actively contribute to daily operations. Together with the team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and creative environment for the children.

Requirements and preferences:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a preschool setting.
• Education: Preschool teacher education or equivalent.
• Language skills: Good command of English. Multilingualism is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Positive attitude, responsible, and motivated to work in a team.
• Pedagogical responsibility: Willingness to take pedagogical responsibility and contribute ideas to improve the operation.
• Knowledge of the curriculum: Good knowledge of the Swedish preschool curriculum is an advantage.

Employment terms:

• Working hours: The position is 60–75% with a start date to be agreed upon.
• Probation period: 6 months.
• Interviews: Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
• Police certificate: A valid extract from the police register is required to work in preschool.
