About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled People). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, and therefore tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client is a man in his 20s living in Haninge.

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client.

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Good physical fitness for heavy lifting
• Non-smoker during working hours

Working hours, extent of employment, and salary

The position is a fixed-term assignment at 100% (equivalent to 40 hours/week). The assignment starts immediately and extends until 2026-12-31. For the right person, there are good opportunities for continued employment after the fixed-term assignment has ended.

You work according to a rolling 4-week schedule where working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

• Day shift: approx. 07:00–13:00
• Evening shift: approx. 13:00–23:00

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other allowances are made according to collective agreement.

Start date according to agreement.
