I am a cheerful, sporty, and social 27-year-old girl living in Täby. I am currently looking for personal assistants, both for fixed schedule slots and as hourly substitutes, who want to be an important part of my daily life.

About Me

I enjoy being active and appreciate everything from exercise and cinema, bowling, Gröna Lund, and Allsång på Skansen. I also enjoy quiet and cozy moments with people who spread positive energy. On weekdays, I attend day activities, where you, as my personal assistant, accompany and support me throughout the day. The work is always based on my needs, wishes, and self-determination. You will become an important person who helps me live the life I want to live.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you are a support in all parts of my daily life. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Communication and social support
• Personal care and hygiene
• Mobility and transfers
• Support regarding my tracheostomy
• Meals and food preparation
• Accompanying to day activities and various leisure activities
• Contributing to a safe, active, and rich daily life

• Is positive, calm, and self-assured.
• Has a strong commitment and enjoys taking initiative.
• Is resourceful and can motivate and inspire.
• Is sensitive, empathetic, and adapts to different situations.
• Is clear, structured, and responsible.
• Has good teamwork skills, as double assistance is required.

About You

You are preferably between 25 and 45 years old, but age is not decisive. The most important thing is that you have a positive attitude, an open mind, and a genuine interest in working with people. It is an advantage if you share my interest in music and an active lifestyle, but the most important thing is that we get along and that the personal chemistry is right. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not a requirement.

About the Position

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends according to a rotating schedule. As a personal assistant at Prima Omsorg, you will receive a thorough introduction as well as continuous education and supervision to feel secure in your role.
