I am a 28-year-old man living in central Huddinge. To live a life like everyone else, I need personal assistants by my side. When I communicate, I use alternative communication in the form of Bliss. On weekdays, I attend day activities (DV), and in my spare time, I use my computer a lot, and I both train and compete in the running sport FrameRunning. As my assistant, you will get to enjoy many fun activities together with me. As you can see, I am a very happy man who enjoys sports, but I also have nothing against relaxing at home. About you: Currently, I am looking for you who has both feet on the ground and is confident in yourself. I appreciate that you are tidy and perceptive. It is important that you see the job as a personal assistant as a long-term collaboration with me. I value that you have professional pride in your role as an assistant. If this applies to you, I am convinced that you will fit perfectly into my wonderful assistant team and have fun at work. It is a requirement that you have previous experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare. It is also desirable that you have experience with alternative communication and tube feeding via button/PEG. It is of utmost importance that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing so that our communication works. You must be a non-smoker, know how to swim, and be between 25-40 years old. Staffing: This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing assignment, which means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable at times other than working hours to arrange a substitute or step in yourself to assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans' way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants who work according to a regular schedule. The position: Is at 75% with working hours primarily during the day, evenings, and nights on a rolling schedule. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, personal registration certificate, extract from the police register, and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
