to apply for the job
We are now looking to expand our team with more personal assistants for a young adult woman living in Västerås. The position offers varied working hours, full-time or part-time, with shifts during days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to agreement and need. Upon employment, a thorough introduction is conducted with introductory shifts and support to ensure you feel secure.
We are looking for a new team member for a reputable and reliable employer. We are looking for you who think long-term and want to support and help this woman with most aspects of daily life. As a person, you should be encouraging, enjoy being around people, be patient, flexible, engaged, and responsible. You must be able to work both independently and in a team, and you must be a non-smoker.
She enjoys walking, cycling (sometimes with a tricycle), playing, doing puzzles, listening to music, bathing, and swinging. Therefore, it is important that you also enjoy moving around, both indoors and outdoors. It is also a requirement that you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
The work is performed where the user is located, usually in her home and local environment, but also during activities, excursions, and shorter trips once you have gotten to know each other well. She lives in a villa together with her family in a private part of the house, surrounded by beautiful, quiet, and pleasant surroundings in Västerås.
The position is part-time or full-time depending on needs and agreement. Working hours vary between daytime, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasionally nights. There is also an opportunity to take "extra shifts" when other staff are absent or on vacation.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience with children or personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous but not mandatory. You will receive a thorough introduction and training before working independently.
Here you have the opportunity to grow and develop as a person, while making a significant difference to her life situation and her relatives.
Salary, holiday pay, and shift allowances are paid according to the collective agreement. Want to know more about us at Kompis Assistans? Please visit www.kompisassistans.se
