Treatment Pedagogue for Nibblebo HVB

We are currently looking for a driven and engaged Treatment Pedagogue for Nibblebo, our HVB (residential care) facility for the treatment of adults with harmful substance use and addiction. The facility is part of the support and treatment sector.

About Nibblebo

Nibblebo has a total of 11 places, including one intake apartment and two discharge apartments. We operate 24/7, meaning the position involves irregular working hours, including evenings and weekends, according to a schedule.

Your Responsibilities

As a Treatment Pedagogue, you will be part of a team of five colleagues. Together, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing internal treatment interventions tailored to the target group's needs. The work involves qualified treatment efforts, both individually and in groups.

Your main tasks include:

• Providing support and treatment to clients during rehabilitation and in daily chores.
• Planning and implementing treatment interventions.
• Documenting implementation plans and maintaining ongoing journal records in the Lifecare system.
• Working with methods such as manual-based 12-step treatment, motivational interviewing, ESL (Evidence-based Support and Treatment Method), and relapse prevention.
• Performing practical tasks such as cleaning, grocery shopping, and cooking.
• Adhering to current legislation and routines, including care hygiene, food hygiene, and medication management.

Contact Person Role

The role also includes a contact person assignment. In this capacity, you are responsible for planning and coordinating care, maintaining regular contact with internal and external partners, and leading both individual and group sessions using therapeutic methods to support individual development.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have at least a two-year university college (YH) education in social work, such as a Treatment Pedagogue, or another post-secondary education deemed equivalent. You should have experience working within substance abuse/addiction care.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing (required for documentation).
• Good digital competence and experience with documentation.

Meritorious:

• Education/knowledge in methods such as the 12-step method or ÅP.
