For our client, the job requires good physical condition, the ability to follow instructions easily, and self-reliance. You will work in the home near his family, but as an assistant team, you are expected to manage your tasks independently. You will be offered friendly colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates their assistants. You will receive individualized introduction and training in all aspects regarding the client's support needs and routines.

The role and experience of the assistant

We are looking for you who are driven, structured, responsible, and have a high work ethic. You need to be resourceful, and to fit this position, you must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. The assistants in this group need to be sensitive, stable, and have an understanding of the client's disability. We value personal maturity.

Introduction and training take place at the workplace and within the company. The most important thing is that you and the client click with each other and have fun.

Desirable experience and requirements

• Requirement to master Swedish in speech and writing.
• Requirement to be completely smoke-free.
• Requirement for a B driving license and access to a private car.
• Requirement to be swim competent.
• Experience working with younger children.
• Experience with TAKK (Sign-supported communication).

Working hours / degree of employment

• Part-time position according to agreement.
• Also hourly employment, which can be expanded to a part-time position.
• Work shifts are scheduled throughout all hours of the day.
• Weekdays and weekends according to schedule.
