We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a 36-year-old woman who lives alone in her household. The position is available starting from 2026-08-01.

The role of a personal assistant involves helping with most things to ensure a functional daily life. She has a great interest in being outdoors as much as possible, so it is a big plus if you also enjoy the outdoors.

You will work where the woman is located, which is mostly in Västerås. She needs assistants for shifts that are primarily 24-hour shifts. There is also an opportunity for hourly employment within the framework of the summer temporary position, as well as opportunities for extra shifts when needed.

Previous experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare is not a requirement, but a plus. Personal suitability is, however, the most important factor. We are looking for someone who is creative, positive, structured, and self-assured. You should be able to take instructions easily and work independently.

It is important that you are humble regarding your role as an assistant. A big plus is that you are flexible and can step in at short notice when colleagues are absent. You will work in a positive environment and become an important part of the staff group.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to the current Fremia Collective Agreement.

Employment type: The position is available as both part-time & full-time.
