In the team, you will become an important support in a home where clarity, responsiveness, presence, and respect are the foundation of everything we do.

The young woman you will be supporting has a cerebral palsy (CP) disability, ADHD, and autism.

You should have experience with clarifying pedagogy, be calm and stable, curious about people and different ways of communicating. With a low-affective approach and sensitivity, you can simplify and guide when situations require it. There are both a dog and a cat in the home, so it is important that you are comfortable around animals and thrive in an environment where animals are a natural part of everyday life.

We work with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and supervision is available externally as well as through a close team leader.

You work independently, but are also an important part of a team with close collaboration. You always have support to lean on, from both the team leader and the customer responsible. We offer supervision and training based on the team's needs and legal requirements, and quality is an ongoing process built on security, networking, and trust. We are looking for someone who is ready to commit, has a genuine interest in behavior, and wants to develop and grow in their role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with autism and ADHD.
• Has worked with low-affective handling.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Has a driver's license and access to a car to commute to and from work.
• Is curious, engaged, and wants to develop together with the team.
• Thrives in an environment with a dog and a cat.

Working Hours

Approx. 25 hours/week: 08:00–15:00 Wednesdays, 08:00–19:00 Fridays, and one 24-hour shift, every other weekend. (Sleep-on-call duty occurs).
