We are looking for an engaged residential support worker for our support and motivation housing!

You should have previous experience from similar roles and a post-secondary education with a focus on social care, such as a social pedagogue, treatment assistant, or alternatively a nurse assistant, to match our needs.

The position is full-time, and you will work varied shifts, including day, night, and weekend hours.

The role involves providing supportive functions for our clients, working with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training to help clients achieve functional routines in their daily lives. You will also conduct drug screenings, documentation, and manage medications based on delegation. As a residential support worker, you are responsible for planning for your clients and setting clear, concrete goals together with them. You are responsible for creating implementation plans and monthly reports. All staff are responsible for contributing to a unified work approach and supportive climate within the organization, as well as helping to create a safe and calm living environment with structure and routines.

Requirement: Valid driver's license (Category B).

Our Support and Motivation Housing is located in Riddarhyttan.

Serigmo Care AB is a healthcare and care company that offers services within HVB (residential care for children and youth), short-term housing, support housing, and transitional apartments for adults with various forms of substance abuse/risky use of alcohol, drugs, and medications.
