Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will interact with children, young people, and adults of various ages, with different abilities and modes of expression. Your task is to support them in living as independent a life as possible. The work involves participating in physical activities, and shifts may be performed in various operational areas.

Responsibilities also include delegated healthcare tasks, documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

Working hours are scheduled around the clock, year-round, including weekend shifts. We use the scheduling system Timecare.

Qualifications

You have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and encourage and support change initiatives. You easily adjust your behavior according to the needs of others.
