I am a guy living in Kristianstad and I am a member of Blå Assistans because I want a self-selected and self-directed personal assistance. Blå Assistans takes on the role of employer for my assistants, while I personally choose who they should hire. I schedule my assistance and determine the content of the assistants' work. My provider strives to ensure that both members, assistants, and administrative staff have the competence required for their tasks.

Blå Assistans is a nationwide non-profit association operated in a cooperative form since 1994. The cooperative arranges personal assistance in accordance with the intentions of the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), the law that gives people with disabilities the "right to live like others". Personal assistance is a service profession that supports a person with a disability to live the life they wish to live.

Your employment includes participating in training required by the employer.

I am a 30-year-old man with a herniated disc, looking for you, preferably a male aged 25 and above.

I am primarily looking for someone who can work mornings between 10:00-12:00, and it would also be desirable if you have the possibility to step in when my other assistants are sick or absent for other reasons. This may occasionally require working evenings between 17:00-21:00.

My interests are films, history, writing and reading, as well as serial killers (no, I am not a psychopath, but I find this topic interesting).

I would appreciate it if you have similar interests.

The schedule consists of morning shifts from 10:00 - 12:00 every day of the week, and evening shifts from 17:00 - 21:00 every day of the week.

I preferably look for someone living in Kristianstad, as it may be easier for you to work between 10:00-12:00.
