About the Role:
We are looking for an engaged individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of the change in people's lives. You will work both independently and in teams, where ideas are shared to improve and spread knowledge within the entire team. You should have experience with documentation and a passion for coaching participants who strive to reach education or employment.
We would appreciate it if you had academic knowledge equivalent to:
Alternative 1:
- One year of post-secondary education.
- At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as personnel management with staff responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration), work with working life and labor market issues, and work with social and group psychology.
Alternative 2:
- Completed university education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system) or equivalent from a University College.
- At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the total working time equals full-time over two years.
Being multilingual is an advantage, and you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
Information:
We conduct interviews continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the suitable candidate. The position is full-time and the workplace is located in Älvsjö.
