Who are we?

In the autumn of 2019, we launched an entirely new school in the Bråvalla area. It is an educational center for vocational training, characterized as a creative and modern school equipped with the latest technology. The school has approximately 800 students and 110 employees across a wide range of vocational programs.

Bråvalla Gymnasium is a new and modern upper secondary school for students interested in technology, innovation, and practical problem-solving. Here, students earn a vocational diploma with the option to continue their studies. We collaborate closely with companies that provide students with internships, jobs, and exciting career opportunities. Through joy, a positive atmosphere, and skilled staff, we shape individuals who are professionally competent, secure, and resilient.

Your responsibilities

As a School Administrator, you play a central role in serving both students and staff in various school-related areas. The position entails primary responsibility for student registration and associated administrative tasks.

In this role, you will support the school's management team by preparing materials for areas such as financial management, marketing, and issues related to organization and governance. You ensure that information, local routines, and documents are updated and accessible.

Your duties include student administration, staff scheduling, diary management, and archiving. You prepare materials for timetabling and assist with financial monitoring and invoice processing.

Additionally, you work with substitute teacher management, personnel administration, payroll, and documentation.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in administration/economics/payroll or equivalent, or alternatively, a high school education combined with several years of professional experience in qualified administrative work. You have experience in areas such as student administration, staff scheduling, timetabling materials, financial monitoring, invoice processing, archiving, payroll, and/or documentation.

In previous roles, you have worked on independently driving development projects. You are proficient in administrative systems and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

As a person, you have the ability to tackle tasks independently. You can organize information and resources efficiently and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

You can analyze information effectively and establish and find realistic and practical solutions to problems.

In your profession, you are honest and reliable. You consider the ethical consequences of issues and decisions and act objectively based on this.

As a person, you are team-oriented and contribute knowledge and information to the work group. You have a customer focus where you work to meet needs to create long-term relationships.
