About the role We are currently looking for an administrator for a government agency in Linköping. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative routines and act as operational support for the business. Duties include handling mail and email, as well as answering incoming calls in the switchboard. Experience with document registration and case processing is advantageous.
Assignment period and scope The position as an administrator is a full-time consultancy assignment starting in week 26 or 27 and running through week 31. The work is performed on-site.
Requirements for the position:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Advantageous qualifications:
- Experience with document registration (diarieföring)
- Experience with case processing
- Previous experience as a registrar
