Location: Linköping
Start Date: September 2026
Duration: Approx. 1 year, with the possibility of extension
Working Hours: Full-time, office hours 07:30–16:30 with some flexibility. Primarily on-site work, with the possibility of hybrid work in exceptional cases
About the Job
In this role, you will become an important part of the operations, providing administrative support to approximately 150 employees. You will work in a changing environment with a high pace, handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously. The role is characterized by significant personal responsibility, and you are expected to quickly get up to speed, with much learning occurring through active work within the business.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Administrative support for the business and employees
- Management of system support and accounts
- Ordering office supplies and IT equipment
- Preparing workstations for new employees
- Inventory and follow-up of costs related to equipment
- Meeting administration, including invitations
- Updating organizational documents
- Support for internal activities, such as anniversaries and farewell events
- Ongoing information dissemination and coordination

- Experience in administrative work or a similar role

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
