We are looking for a mentor/coordinator for our office in Norrköping to work with the Rusta och Matcha program.

Job Description:

We are looking for you who thrive on meeting people from different cultures, industries, and professions. You are goal- and results-oriented, positive, and have excellent knowledge of the local labor market as well as an established network with employers.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching participants towards employment and studies.
• Individual and group meetings with participants.
• Individual career planning and documentation.

Education and Competency Requirements:

We are looking for you who meet one of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1

Education:

University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system).

Work Experience:

At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work may be accepted if the total accumulated working time equals full-time over two (2) years.

Alternative 2

Education:

At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.

Work Experience:

At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Supervision with personnel responsibility.
• Recruitment.
• Transition work for job seekers.
• Study and career guidance.
• Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).
• Work with labor market and employment issues.
• Work with social and group psychology.
• Career guidance.

Additional Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
• Experience in sourcing job and internship placements.
• Experience mentoring individuals with various barriers related to working life and the labor market.
