About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on employment law for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading industrial company. You will become part of an operation where technology and social benefit are at the center, and you will collaborate closely with both managers and the HR team.

In the role, you work in an advisory capacity and support the operation in matters regarding employment law, for example, related to collective agreements, dismissals, and relocations. You also contribute to change management, handle investigations, and help develop working methods and routines within HR.

This is suitable for you who like to take responsibility, want to be a support in important matters, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with practical work.

The assignment starts in August and is full-time until the turn of the year, with a possible extension. The work takes place on-site in Linköping.

We are looking for you who:

• Have education in HR, law, or similar
• Have a few years of experience (preferably senior) in HR work
• Have good knowledge of employment law and collective agreements
• Have experience with union dialogues
• Are confident in your communication and can explain complex issues simply
• Enjoy working both strategically and operationally

Other

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions requiring security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for certain citizenship.
