Are you interested in pulmonology and internal medicine and want to be part of the development of our operations? Then you might want to join us!

We offer an exciting and developmental workplace where you, as a nursing assistant, can make a difference for patients with significant care needs. We investigate and treat patients with conditions ranging from lung cancer, COPD, asthma, and pulmonary fibrosis to systemic diseases, newly diagnosed or deteriorating diabetes, and infections. We also care for patients requiring highly advanced medical treatment, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators.

Work on the ward offers both acute challenges and long-term relationships every day. You will provide high-quality care, from emergency handling to palliative care, and support patients throughout their entire care journey.

We are currently looking for nursing assistants who want to help develop and expand our operations. We currently have 16 care beds and plan to expand to 28 beds in the near future.

Requirements

The formal competence requirement is education as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) along with good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to contribute your skills and bring energy to the team, where the core of patient care is person-centered. You must have the ability to adapt quickly and adjust your work pace according to different situations during your shift. We value your ability to make independent decisions and carry out your work autonomously. You have a good ability to take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and are flexible and collaborative.

You view it as positive to share your experiences with others and have a curious attitude towards your own learning.

The length of the introduction and mentoring period is assessed based on your individual competence and needs to ensure you get the best possible start.

We want you to feel that you make a difference every day when you work with us. The work involves shifts during days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
