About the Job
Your tasks include assessment, treatment, training, and dispensing of assistive devices. You work with patients of all ages with complaints and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, which gives you good opportunities to develop professionally. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created. The work is primarily located at the clinic, but home visits and digital visits also occur. Treatment is provided both individually and in groups.
The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both within your own unit and with other partners. We have close cooperation with Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinics in Skene and Tranemo. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.
About You
You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in outpatient care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and can plan their work effectively. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events. Since you meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are accommodating and can adapt your communication to the situation. It is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other partners.
You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Thoughtful, and Innovative.
Other
Travel in connection with work occurs.
Interviews at the clinic will be held on an ongoing basis.
We look forward to receiving your application!
About the Recruitment Process
The selection process takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who invite candidates to a telephone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
