About the Job

As a physiotherapist with us, you will meet patients of all ages with problems throughout the musculoskeletal system. Your tasks include assessment, treatment, exercise, and provision of aids. Together with the patient, you create an individual rehabilitation plan focusing on participation and long-term results.

The work takes place primarily at the clinic, but home visits and digital visits also occur. Treatment is conducted both individually and in groups, providing variety in the workday and the opportunity to use your full range of skills.

You collaborate closely with colleagues from different professions, both within your own unit and with external partners. We also have close cooperation with Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinics in Skene and Svenljunga. Together with colleagues and management, you are involved in the development and improvement of the operations.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience from outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently but also values collaboration and collegial support. You can plan and structure your work even when the workload varies, and you have a professional and accommodating approach.

It is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other partners, and you share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who invite candidates to a telephone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe concrete situations as much as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
