Description

We are looking for two engaged and competent nurses who want to help shape the future of municipal primary care in our safe and nature-friendly municipality in Dalsland! Here, you will work in a team with strong development potential, good cooperation, and a positive outlook on the future, where every employee is significant.

About the role

As a nurse here, you will have a varied, independent, and meaningful job close to the residents' daily lives. You will become a central part of the municipality's home healthcare service and be responsible for planning, performing, and following up on qualified health and medical care interventions in the home, in care residences, and in other municipal operations.

The work includes, among other things:

• Assessment, planning, and follow-up of the patient's care needs
• Medication management and medical treatments
• Coordination around the patient together with relatives, care neighbors, and the team
• Support for nursing staff through supervision and competence development
• Documentation and follow-up according to current guidelines and legislation
