About the role

We are currently looking for an Accountant to join an established company where you will work closely with the Finance Manager in a varied and responsible role. Here you will become an important part of the business and have the opportunity to contribute to stable and efficient financial processes.

In the role of Accountant, you will work broadly with ongoing financial administration and collaborate closely with the Finance Manager. You will work in a fast-paced environment where structure, attention to detail, and good communication are key parts of your daily routine.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ongoing bookkeeping, invoice processing, and work related to VAT, taxes, and employer declarations. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in their skills, takes initiative, and enjoys working independently.

The position begins as a consultancy assignment through us for six months, with good opportunities for conversion to a permanent position directly with the client company.

Key responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Processing and registration of supplier and customer invoices
• Monitoring and follow-up of tax accounts
• VAT reporting
• Work with employer declarations

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience in bookkeeping
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with Fortnox
• Knowledge of group accounting
