Do you want to contribute to a smooth and positive experience for our travelers? As a Terminal Host, you will become an important part of daily life at Bromma – where you meet people, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly!

What does the role involve?

As a Terminal Host, you are the face of the airport and a key resource for our travelers. You help travelers navigate the terminal, answer questions, and assist at check-in kiosks and ground transport hubs. As needed, you may also support with other tasks.

Examples of additional duties:

• Assist at the cargo reception with handing over and receiving cargo
• Support field operations with various field tasks
• In the role of PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility), assist travelers with special needs so they receive the right support and can safely travel to and from the aircraft

This is a temporary hourly position starting immediately, with work scheduled according to operational needs. Working hours may vary.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has:

• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working in service roles

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in a similar role at an airport involving high tempo and frequent customer contact

As a person, you are service-oriented, calm, and communicative. You enjoy meeting people and are happy to help travelers find their way, whether it involves directions, check-in, or transport. You remain calm even when things are busy and ensure that flows work smoothly. You are flexible and happy to help out where needed.
