Project Description

The scope of work covers the organization's data platforms and information flows related to real-time data, integrations, and operational monitoring. The area encompasses multiple systems, stakeholders, and data sources where information needs to be collected, quality assured, processed, and made available for analysis, monitoring, and business-critical decision-making.

The work is carried out in close collaboration between business units, IT, external suppliers, and partners. Data deliveries depend on integrations, data models, and information flows functioning correctly throughout the entire chain – from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

In these environments, there is a recurring need to ensure data quality, clear division of responsibilities, and coordination between multiple functions and parties. Deficiencies in data or integrations risk affecting analyses, monitoring, and business-critical decisions, as well as causing disruptions during changes and deployments.

The project therefore aims to strengthen the ability to coordinate work related to data quality, testing, integrations, and production implementation, while ensuring stable and reliable data deliveries.

The project involves the role of a Coordinating Data Analyst responsible for coordinating work related to data quality, testing, integrations, and monitoring within the organization's data platforms and information flows.

You will work cross-functionally between business units, IT, external suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that data flows function correctly throughout the entire chain – from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

A central part of the project is to identify and handle deviations, coordinate testing activities, and ensure that data deliveries maintain sufficient quality for analysis, monitoring, and business-critical decisions. The role also involves coordinating work between different parties where responsibilities and deliveries are distributed across multiple functions and organizations.

The work is conducted in environments with large data volumes, integrations, and real-time or near real-time data, where changes and business-critical releases place high demands on coordination and quality assurance.

  • Contribute to traffic starts, changes, and deployments where data quality and integrations are affected.
  • Produce analyses, monitoring reports, and supporting material related to KPIs and data quality.
  • Document working methods, deviations, and improvement proposals.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of documented experience in data analysis, data modeling, or data flow management. Experience must be from work in cloud-based data platforms or data lake environments.
  • At least two (2) previous assignments where you have worked with managing, monitoring, or coordinating data flows, including real-time or near real-time data, and integrations between systems and/or external parties.
  • At least five (5) years of documented experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or similar. Experience must include the development of reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • You must have experience from at least two (2) previous assignments involving requirements gathering, specification, and testing related to BI, analysis, or integration solutions.
