About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving new business within our B2C segment while building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. You own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and actively work to meet and exceed your individual sales targets.
You play a central role in contributing to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, working on cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate new business within the B2C segment
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meeting booking, needs analysis, and closing
Build and develop long-term customer relationships
Work on cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and advisory dialogue
Document and follow up on sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales and other internal functions
Your Background
You are a driven and results-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced sales role. You have a strong customer focus, are communicative, and have the ability to build trust. You are structured in your approach and accustomed to working towards clear goals.
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the financial sector
