As a Specialist Nurse Assistant, you play a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of care and support work. Through your advanced competence, you contribute to strengthening the organization's working methods and creating good conditions for safe, secure, and person-centered care and support.

The role involves combining daily care work with special responsibility for supervision, knowledge transfer, and organizational development. You act as a support for staff and managers regarding nursing, interaction, documentation, and quality work, and contribute to the introduction of new employees.

In close collaboration with care recipients, relatives, managers, and staff, you work to develop interventions and working methods that promote the individual's health, participation, and independence. Through your commitment, you contribute to a learning organization where competence, quality, and continuous development are in focus.

We are currently looking for Specialist Nurse Assistants for the Geropsych unit at Kärrahus Care and Support Residence, Granliden Care and Support Residence, Silvergruvan Care and Support Residence, Svaleboskogen Care and Support Residence (floors 2 and 3), and Silvergruvan Short-term Care. • Care and Support Residence - A care and support residence is a housing option for those who need service and nursing care around the clock. Here, care recipients receive all the support they need in daily life while living in their own apartment.
• Short-term Care - Short-term guests receive care and support for a limited period. The work is based on authority decisions with clear goals based on the guest's unique needs. The goal is to return to as independent and self-reliant a life as possible after the stay with us.

The position is a permanent full-time role. Working hours are during the day and evening, with work every other weekend.

About you

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are trained as a Nurse Assistant and can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or alternatively show that you were employed as a Nurse Assistant when the new rules were introduced.
• Vocational higher education of at least 200 credits within rehabilitation, psychiatry, dementia, palliative care, multi-morbid elderly, or other that the employer considers equivalent.
• Work experience within care and support.
• The role requires computer literacy for documentation and deviation management in various IT systems, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
