We are looking for registered nurses who wish to work on a hourly basis within municipal health and social care. During the period of June 15 – August 15, 2026, you will receive an increased salary, giving you a rate of 333 SEK/hour.

Your job is important

The area of responsibility covers the entire municipality, including both special housing facilities and home care. During the day, you work as an area-responsible nurse, while in the evenings and on weekends, you work across the municipality. The work is free and independent, and you plan your own days, which requires initiative, responsibility, and professionalism. In addition to patient-facing work, such as assessments, examinations, information, and counseling, you play a key role in collaborating with other professional groups such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing staff. Within home care, there is a broad range of different work areas where good self-awareness and communication skills are valuable.

This is who you are

You enjoy working both independently and in teams, and have the ability to mentor and inspire nursing staff. You are a registered nurse with a holistic view of the patient, and a forward-thinking and reflective approach. You enjoy challenges in your work that benefit the development of the operation. You are comfortable with IT-based medical record systems and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. It is an advantage if you have a few years of experience as a nurse.
