Stockholm – our capital city of millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone who lives here today and in the future. Now we are looking for you who want to think big, new, and different with us – for the people of Stockholm.
Snösätraskolan
Snösätraskolan is our lovely F-6 school located in pleasant, nature-surrounded surroundings on Snösätrahöjden in Rågsved.
The school has approximately 240 students and offers a range of activities including an LSU group, after-school care (fritids), and a newly launched after-school club this autumn.
We who work here are dedicated and want to make a difference for our students. We strive to be the natural choice for all children in the local area and to provide every student with the best possible conditions for learning and development. Every day counts and is important for our students. Our school's goals are supported by our core values: knowledge, safety, and future. Together, we aim to create a school culture where our students feel safe, practice setting high goals, and receive knowledge and support on their path to the future. Our guiding star is that it should be easy to do the right thing.
Curiosity, creativity, and humility, combined with predictability, structure, and leadership skills, are the building blocks of our work moving forward. We work to further develop our operations with the student and the student's voice in focus.
Now we are looking for you who want to join arms with us on our journey forward; together with knowledge and security for the future!
Job Description
We are looking for you who want to work at our after-school center (fritidshem). In this role, you will contribute to complementing learning in school by planning, implementing, and following up on meaningful after-school activities, while simultaneously supporting the students' social development.
You are a safe and stable leader who works from a full-day perspective where school, breaks, and after-school care collaborate to create a safe and stimulating environment. Together with colleagues in both after-school care and school, you help shape a pedagogical operation where students have the opportunity to grow, feel safe, and reach their goals.
An important part of the assignment is to actively lead students in various activities – everything from play and creative work to outdoor time and social gatherings. You are present, engaged, and responsible. You see each student's needs but also their strengths.
Language development, student influence, and responsibility are central parts of our work at the after-school center. We are looking for you who want to inspire students to develop both their skills and their willingness to influence their daily lives.
The position is a temporary assignment (vikariat) during the academic year 2026/2027.
