Personal Assistant for a 35-Year-Old Social Worker (North of Stockholm)
I am in my mid-30s and live north of Stockholm. I am a social worker and work as a counselor in healthcare. Gardening is a major interest of mine, and I spend a lot of time at my allotment garden. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and at home.
Due to a muscle disease, I use personal assistance around the clock. I am now looking for an assistant who can work 24-hour shifts scheduled from 07:00 to 07:00, totaling six days per month, including night on-call duties. The available schedule slots are as follows:
- Tuesday, Sunday
- Friday
- Tuesday
- Monday, Saturday
I am looking for someone who is perceptive, self-assured, and comfortable being a background person.
We are a small team, and it is important that you have a strong work ethic and are flexible when required. Many of my assistants combine working with me with artistic activities or running their own businesses. I preferably prefer a female candidate who is roughly my age.
For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your introduction. However, it is important that you are in reasonably good physical shape from the start.
The position is 72% of full-time. My employer is Aberia, and the collective agreement is with Vårdföretagarna. The employment type is "fixed-term for the duration of the assignment".
