About the Employer:

I am a 35-year-old woman living in Upplands Väsby, and I am now looking for you who want to work as my personal assistant on an as-needed basis. You will be an important part of supporting me in my daily life – both at home and during activities. I live in my own apartment and have my own car, which is driven by my assistants.

Who are you?

You are a calm, sensitive, and caring woman with a gentle and positive demeanor. Previous experience from assistance or care is a big plus, but your personal suitability weighs the heaviest! The job is perfect if you are studying, want to combine it with another job, or are looking for a meaningful extra employment where you make a difference every day.

For me, it is important that you:

• 🦋 Are a non-smoker.
• 🦋 Are comfortable around pets (my parents visit and have a dog).
• 🦋 Have a B-driver's license and feel confident driving my car for work.
• 🦋 Have basic knowledge of Swedish (spoken & written).
• 🦋 Are flexible and can step in with short notice.

Job Responsibilities:

You will help me with:

• ✅ Personal hygiene & care.
• ✅ Dressing and undressing.
• ✅ Transfers (using e.g., floor lift).
• ✅ Housework & cooking.
• ✅ Exercise & social activities.
• ✅ Support during showering and toilet visits.
• ✅ Travel and excursions.

Scope & Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start: Immediately.
• ⏳ Contract: Hourly employment on an as-needed basis.
• 🕒 Shifts: 24-hour shifts (24 hours with on-call duty during the night).

Recruitment Process & Employment Terms

Recruitment Process

We continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the last application date. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, together with the employer, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other involved parties. If the position involves working with a minor employer, a certificate of good conduct is always required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we carefully follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with minor employers also includes training on the child's perspective.

Employment Terms

If you proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be able to prove your identity and demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and timesheets, you are required to have a BankID.

📚 To ensure that we maintain high quality in assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approx. 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within one month from the start of employment. Read more about the training here. (#)
