We are currently looking for casual staff for our lovely preschools, Blåbärsstället and Riddarborgen, in Skogås. Do you enjoy having fun at work, like working flexibly, and are interested in working with children aged 1–5? Don't hesitate to send us an application!

About the role

As a casual staff member at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in children's groups with children aged 1–5. The need may be for short-term cover, with the possibility of longer assignments if required. This offers the opportunity for flexible work where your availability dictates your schedule.

Your duties include conducting activities both indoors and outdoors, as well as relieving permanent educators of practical tasks.

If employed as a casual staff member, you must be able to step in as a substitute with short notice when permanent staff are absent. This requires you to be responsible and highly flexible, as the role involves quickly adapting to new environments. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to collaborate and work independently within a team, contributing to a well-functioning operation alongside your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good collaboration skills
• Believes every meeting is significant
• Is curious and research-oriented
• Wants to learn together with the children
• Is attentive and respectful
• Keeps the mission and the children in focus

It is an advantage if you have a degree as a childcare worker and/or previous experience working in a preschool setting.

Employment type

The position is a fixed-term general employment with an hourly wage.

Scope based on need.

Start date by agreement.
