We are looking for a female assistant who wants a stable part-time position. We offer you one or more fixed shifts per week, plus extra shifts when needed. We can offer working hours during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends.

The Assignment

The client is a very warm and cheerful 34-year-old woman. She communicates using picture support, body language, sign language support, and some verbal speech.

Music, swimming, disco, reading books, and horseback riding are just a few of the many things she enjoys doing.

She has 24/7 assistance, seven days a week, with awake nights.

Who are you?

We prefer that you have experience from at least one or two previous jobs with good references. You should view this work as a long-term commitment, as continuity benefits everyone involved.

For communication purposes, you must have full command of the Swedish language. You should have good skills in verbal and written expression, be computer literate, and have experience with documentation.

You must be able to swim, as she swims several times a week. Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or sign language support is advantageous but not mandatory.

We expect you to be a non-smoker, as smoking is not allowed during working hours.
