Who is First Camp?

Our goal is clear – to become the world’s leading camping chain. To get there, we need to deliver outstanding guest service. Without our service-oriented employees at the Contact Center, it is impossible. First Camp is expanding, and we need more employees for our Scandinavian Contact Center located in Gothenburg.

What does the role involve?

As a customer service representative at First Camp’s Guest Service, you play a crucial role. Your task is to answer phone calls, emails, chats, and social media messages from our guests. You assist both private individuals and businesses.

A large part of your role involves adding value. We want you to be proactive and guide our guests toward better alternatives than they initially imagined. Therefore, it is important that you are well-versed in our various offers and products.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with experience in sales and customer service, as well as good telephone etiquette. You communicate effortlessly in Swedish or another Scandinavian language and have strong IT skills. German is an extra advantage.

We value personal qualities and are looking for colleagues with a high service level. You should appreciate varied dialogues with guests and enjoy using the phone as a tool. To ensure high guest satisfaction, accuracy, curiosity, sensitivity, and engagement are important traits.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season, starting immediately, with varying hours (20–40 hours/week). Working hours vary and may include evenings and weekends.
