The Service Center is a department within the Shared Service Center area, consisting of approximately 180 employees. At the Service Center, we receive fault reports, orders, and provide support and route cases regarding IT, healthcare and administrative systems, property issues, telephony, cleaning, and transport. All employees and municipal staff also come to us to have their eService Card issued.

The department consists of the units Front Line and eService Card, IT and Telephony Support, and System Support. What we have in common is our very high service spirit. You will work in the Service Center's competence group for eService Cards and, together with your colleagues, ensure that operations run optimally.

Many of our customers visit us at the Service Center, but we also provide support via phone and case management. The work involves both individual and group tasks.

Together with other employees, unit managers, and the department manager at the Service Center, we work to continuously develop and improve operations.

The group's responsibilities include, among other things:

• Manage access control systems, take photographs, and issue eService Cards, reserve cards, and access cards.
• Receive fault reports, orders, and inquiries regarding, among other things, eService Cards and access.
• Act as object specialists in Region Örebro's various security systems.

You must have at least a secondary education and at least one year of work experience from customer service or support operations via phone or in person. We would appreciate it if you already have experience from working in the security sector. It is an advantage if you have worked with identity management and security systems.

We are looking for you with great drive, a solution-oriented focus, a desire to develop, and a strong sense of service and security. You thrive with customer contact and working at a high pace.

It is an advantage if you have previously participated in practical conversation and customer handling training. You express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish.
