Your Role

We are now looking for an engaged System Administrator to join our team, responsible for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced solutions within requirements management, testing, and lifecycle management, while contributing to the development of how systems, processes, and operations interact in a complex and technology-intensive environment.

As a key part of our continued development of the ELM platform, you will work on improving workflows, optimizing system environments, and ensuring that the business has efficient support throughout the entire development chain. You will become part of an environment where quality, traceability, and collaboration are in focus, and where your work has a direct impact on the business's ability to develop and deliver products.

You will be part of an experienced and engaged team that drives improvement work through modernization, automation, and further development of our tools and processes. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues within Dynamics and other parts of Saab, where you together create the conditions for efficient, sustainable, and future-proofed development activities.

Here is what you will work with:

• Administration, configuration, and further development of the IBM ELM platform
• Maintain and optimize system environments and ensure stable operations
• Develop and improve processes related to requirements, testing, and change management
• Automate workflows and integrate ELM with other systems
• Act as a support to the business in the use of tools and methods
• Contribute to improvement work and ensure that we work according to best practices
• Training on system functionalities

Your Profile

We are looking for you who want to take the next step in your career and combine your technical knowledge with inspiring and informal leadership. You are curious, engaged, and motivated by developing both workflows, systems, and the people around you.

To succeed in the role, you have a strong technical interest and a desire to deepen your knowledge within system administration and lifecycle management. You have a post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or equivalent, or alternatively work experience that has given you a solid technical foundation.

We see that you have experience in system administration or technical system support and that you enjoy analyzing the business's needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You work in a structured manner, have a problem-solving approach, and are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders.

Experience with IBM ELM (formerly the Jazz platform) or similar ALM/PLM systems is advantageous, as is knowledge of integrations, automation, or programming. However, this is not a requirement; the most important thing for us is that you are curious, solution-oriented, and have a strong desire to learn and develop.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
