To our client within the defense industry in Karlskoga, we are now looking for a service-oriented and solution-driven Onsite Technician for a consultancy assignment of approximately 1 year. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a technically advanced and socially important operation where you become an important part of the daily IT delivery.

In the role of Onsite Technician, you are responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment for the organization's users. You work closely with end-users and support both individual workstations and shared spaces such as conference rooms and printer environments.

You will become part of a team working with service, incident management, and delivery of IT-related services in a complex and business-critical environment.

• Incident management and on-site support.
• On-site support where remote control is not sufficient.
• Installation and delivery of computers and client-side IT equipment.
• Support for printers and conference rooms.
• Handling of VIP cases.
• Participation in project work, such as setting up workstations.
• Documentation in knowledge base and case management systems.
• Ensuring that hardware registers are kept up to date.
• Supporting colleagues during operational disruptions and security-related incidents.

• Have good collaboration skills and communicate well with users and colleagues.
• Are structured and accustomed to documentation and case management.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience from larger organizations or complex IT environments.
