Nobeli is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a Lead Project Manager for the project office – for you who want to lead qualified technical projects, drive internal business development, and help create sustainable and secure solutions for our customers. Your role: As a Lead Project Manager, you will have a central role in our organization with responsibilities at both strategic and operational levels. You will drive both internal and customer-related projects. You will support the business units by proactively contributing your expertise to Nobeli's business development and change work. Initially, the majority of your work will be within the Security business area, where you will be responsible for leading our security installation projects. The role includes, among other things: Program and Project Management

• Plan, prepare, and lead programs and projects – both internally and towards the customer
• Monitor and report project progress to project owners and steering groups
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to set goals, budget, and schedule

• Ensure that deliveries maintain high quality and meet customer expectations

• Proactively contribute to the development and efficiency of working methods, processes, and methods

• Participate actively in the project office
• Contribute to the development of our project model, working methods, and methodology

• Several years of broad experience in project management, both of larger and smaller projects
• Experience with technical projects
• Business acumen and experience in process and business development
• Experience in customer responsibility/customer relations
• Experience working with established project models – PPS is a plus
• Desirable experience with digitalization and system implementation
• Desirable is also higher education in IT and/or systems science
• Good IT knowledge and technical understanding
