In this role, you work as a consultant at the client's site and are responsible for local on-site IT support. You are an important support for the business and ensure that both users and the working environment function smoothly from an IT perspective.

• Work with on-site support in users' daily IT environment
• Be a local contact point for IT-related questions
• Ensure that workstations and common areas function properly
• Collaborate with central IT functions and colleagues

Your tasks are varied and involve support, installation, and problem-solving. You work close to the business and handle everything from incidents to hardware deliveries.

• Handle incidents and user support on-site
• Install and configure computers, software, and accessories
• Deliver and administer client-side IT equipment
• Provide support for printers and conference rooms
• Document cases in the case management system and knowledge base
• Participate in projects, such as setting up workstations
• Handle prioritized cases, including VIP support
• Support during major operational disruptions and incidents

To succeed in the role, you are a service-oriented technician with experience in IT support and a genuine interest in helping users in their daily lives.

• Experience with on-site support or similar IT support roles
• Good knowledge of client management and installations
• Experience with case management systems and documentation
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Accustomed to working in a structured and user-centric support environment

It is meritorious if you have experience from larger organizations or environments with high demands for availability and structure.

• Experience working in a larger organization or corporation
• Experience in production- or factory-adjacent IT environments
• Experience working with knowledge bases and improvement work
