• You work with incidents, problems, and orders related to the network area.
• You drive operations, administration, and management of network-related technical platforms.
• You troubleshoot and solve problems in complex network environments with high availability requirements.
• You participate in change work and improvement initiatives together with the team.
• You document performed activities and technical solutions clearly.
• You contribute to internal projects and development efforts together with permanent resources.
• You create, update, and quality-assure routines and work instructions.
• You share knowledge within the team and contribute to standardization and more efficient working methods.

• At least 5 years of experience working with firewall solutions in organizations with high availability requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience with switching and routing in enterprise environments.
• At least 3 years of experience with virtualized networks and SDN solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience with network monitoring and monitoring tools.
• Documented experience in troubleshooting complex network environments with high availability requirements.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• At least 3 years of experience with operations, administration, and configuration of Check Point firewalls.
• At least 3 years of experience with operations, administration, and configuration of Citrix NetScaler/ADC.
• At least 3 years of experience with installation, configuration, and use of SolarWinds Orion for network monitoring and analysis.
